Fluids Purification Team Rocked AOCS 2023

The Fluids Purification group recently had the privilege of attending the AOCS Annual Meeting & Expo. AOCS, renowned for its commitment to fostering scientific excellence, provided the perfect platform for our group to stay abreast of current and emerging information in our field. 

As a volunteer-led professional scientific membership organization, AOCS serves as a valuable hub for experts, scientists, and individuals engaged in various disciplines, including oils, fats, lipids, proteins, surfactants, and related materials. For our Fluids Purification group, AOCS has become a great outlet where we can connect with like-minded professionals and share our research results and industrially relevant innovations. 

During the conference, Research Scientist Victor Vega gave a standout presentation, titled "The Bleaching of Sunflower Oils and the Impact of Bleaching Earths." Victor's insights into this crucial aspect of our field showcased his deep understanding and expertise.  

Attending AOCS and participating in the Annual Meeting & Expo allowed our Fluids Purification group to stay at the forefront of advancements in our field. The collaborative atmosphere, combined with the diverse range of presentations and discussions, invigorated our drive and passion.
