James has played "Mineyball" in his role by taking a data-driven approach to elevate Cat's Pride and Jonny Cat's consumer relations. One example is how he approached our VIP mailed consumer coupon program. By thoroughly evaluating the volume of coupons we were distributing, he identified that we were heavily subsidizing consumer purchases. James reviewed competitive VIP coupon strategies and analyzed the ROI of our coupon efforts. His findings led to a more strategic and effective couponing approach, designed to drive loyalty without overextending discounts.
James also applied his analytical mindset to our monthly Consumer Relations Reviews report. He engaged with cross-functional leaders to gather insights on how to make the report more actionable and impactful. As a result, James refined the report presentation, ensuring that we not only monitor consumer reviews but also take meaningful steps to address feedback and improve our products.
